To reserve your placement, please contact Lee directly. Due to our commitment to individualized instruction, all classes are limited to a maximum of four participants.
Class Structure & Attendance
- Duration: Each session is 60 minutes, beginning with a guided warm-up and concluding with a Q&A period.
- Punctuality: Please arrive and be settled 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
- Absences: One week notice prior to the start of sessions if you must drop.
Preparation & Attire
- Clothing: Loose, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes; barefoot practice is welcomed.
- Environment: Weather permitting, sessions will be held outdoors. Dress in layers.
- Supplies: Please bring an exercise mat and water.
Tuition & Policies
- Payment: Tuition is due in full on the first day of class via cash or check.
- Refunds: No refunds or make-up sessions for individual absences.
- Home Practice: Daily practice of 30–60 minutes is recommended.

Format: 4-week series, meeting every other week

Format: 4-week series, meeting every other week
