Qigong Offerings for 2026

Thank you for your interest in 2026 Qigong sessions. To ensure a focused and high-quality experience for all, please review the following class structure and guidelines.

Enrollment & Reservations

To reserve your placement, please register for classes via the link at the bottom of the page. Due to our commitment to individualized instruction, all classes are limited to a maximum of four participants.

Class Structure

  • Duration: Each session is 60 minutes, beginning with a guided warm-up and concluding with a Q&A period.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive and be settled 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Preparation & Attire

  • Clothing: Loose, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes; barefoot practice is welcomed.
  • Environment: Weather permitting, sessions will be held outdoors. Dress in layers.
  • Supplies: Please bring an exercise mat and water.

Tuition & Policies

  • Payment: Tuition is due in full on the first day of class via cash, check, and venmo.
  • Refunds: No refunds or make-up sessions for individual absences.

Up for Qigong: Ongoing Drop in Classes

Format: Classes are based on movements for the seasons, the Chinese year, and student requested topics (prior to class).
Frequency: As weather permits.

Introduction to Qigong: Principles and Study of Breath, Movement, and Mind

Format: 4-week consecutive weekly series
Frequency: Offered seasonally

This foundational course is designed for beginners or those seeking to revisit the foundations of Qigong.

Qigong for Self-Healing Part I: Connection

Format: 4-week series, meeting every other week
Frequency: Offered bi-annually

Qigong for Self-Healing Part II: Currents and Clearing

Format: 4-week series, meeting every other week
Frequency: Offered bi-annually

Qigong for Self-Healing Part III: Rivers and Lakes – Putting it All Together

Format: 4-week series, meeting every other week
Frequency: Offered annually

Elemental Alchemy

Part I: Wuji: Finding Your Center, 4-week series, meeting consecutive weeks

Part II: Taiji: Finding Your Balance, 4- week series, meeting consecutive weeks

Part III: Wuxing: Finding Your Harmony- 5 week series, meeting consecutive weeks

Small Universe

Part I: Waking the Qi, 4-week series, meeting consecutive weeks

Part II: 12 Rivers: 4-week series, meeting consecutive weeks

Part III: Between Heaven and Earth: 4-week series, meeting consecutive weeks

Individual Consultation and Practice
